Abstract

Рецензируемый сборник «Рынок халяль: генеалогия и текущие тренды» под редакцией сотрудников Левенского католического университета Аяна Утриза Якина и Луис-Леона Кристианс – 37-й выпуск в серии «Muslim Minorities» издательства «Brill» – посвящен переосмыслению понятия халяль в свете его современной трансформации. В исламском праве халяль означает то, что дозволено в противовес хараму, то есть запретному. Чаще всего это понятие применяется к мясу животных и подразумевает, что они должны быть забиты специальным образом. За последние два десятилетия значение обсуждаемого термина расширилось: если традиционно речь шла о мясе, то сегодня маркировку халяль можно увидеть на множестве товаров. Помимо этого, халяль стал встраиваться в более широкие дискурсы экономической и потребительской этики, связанные с экологичностью, качеством и чистотой.
