Abstract

Люди, по разным причинам утратившие право на жилье, не имеющие регистрации по месту жительства (или месту пребывания), считаются «бездомными». Вместе с жильем они оказываются лишены социальных связей и возможности на ресоциализацию.
Бездомность – одна из острейших проблем современной России. Но, несмотря на свою актуальность, эта социальная проблема является одной из самых малоизученных.
