В книге Форсайт обсуждается один из «прикладных» вопросов дискуссии, который становится все более актуальным, – как возможно сосуществование государственных и негосударственных систем правосудия? Однако эта книга может быть интересна и тем, кто еще не знаком с концепцией правового плюрализма.
